   détester is too strong. (to hate).

   dislike (verb) is ‘ne pas aimer’ (‘to not love’)

   dislke (noun) would probably translate to “aversion” (fem.) or “haine” (fem.) but it would depends on the context and both are rather strong words (“haine” is stronger).
