Où es-tu? means, where are you ? in French. I am taking French class in school. I love it !

That’s right if you’re talking to a single person you know well. If you’re asking more than one person, or someone you’re more formal with, then you should use the “vous” form: Où êtes-vous?

if you talk in a familiar way, like on the phone, you would say “t’es où?” The usual lines for cell phone conversation: allô? Salut! T’es où?

Vous êtes où? – for non familiar or plural &
T’es où? – for familiar and singular.
