It would be heiß. The “ß” in German is called an “esset” or “Scharpfs-es” it mostly depends on where in Germany you are from. You pronounce it as it is two “s” with a sharp sound to them in English. The “ei” in german is pronounced as if you are saying the English words “eye” or “aye”.
Example Sentence:
It is hot outside. (English)
Es is heiß draußen. (German)
